AMEWS ANNUAL MEETING 2011

AMEWS invites members to its annual business meeting at MESA in DC at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel on Thursday December 1, 2011. The business meeting will be followed by a dinner event. This year we will be celebrating Sondra Hale, Professor of Anthropology and Women’s Studies (UCLA), for her lifetime academic scholarship on MENA gender studies and contribution to AMEWS.
